Established in 2002 in Guangdong, China, Zhongshan Liqun Precision Industries Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the design and manufacturing of plastic injection mould for auto parts, printer components and medical equipment.
Located in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, the Company enjoys a convenient location with easy access. It is less than 30 minutes to the downtown, and no more than one hour to the Port of Zhongshan by car, allowing our products to be quickly delivered to other countries.

With decades of research and development, Liqun Precision now has more than 100 employees, including professional designers, supervisors, and operators, with most of them having more than ten years of work experience in the field of injection mould.

To ensure high quality, Liqun Precision has introduced a series of advanced precision equipment in the past decades, mainly from Japan. Such equipment includes CNC processing (Makino, FANUC) and EDM (Sodick, Mitsubishi) systems, measuring devices (3D and 2.5D), and injection machine (Toshiba and Nissei).

Injection mould

With more than ten years of development, Liqun Precision specializes in the manufacturing of moulds with precision of 0.001 mm, explaining why our products are particularly favored by major Japanese brands including Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Canon. We manufacture 400 sets of plastic injection moulds per year, and 30% of these are exported to countries such as Japan, the USA, Hungary, Indonesia, and Thailand.

To ensure high quality of our products, we have set up a modern and efficient management system, which introduced many precision measuring apparatuses, including projectors, 2.5D and 3D measuring machines. We are confident that our products can stand the test of time and our customers.

Project Management

We specialize in the design and manufacturing of plastic mould, metal machining, forming and assembling. Our plastic moulds are mostly used to produce interior accessories of automobiles and electronic products. To ensure the quality of moulds, Liqun Precision pays close attention to the selection of materials. We can provide various raw materials and components of international standards to meet our customers’ needs. The materials used to test the fitness, appearance, and functions of plastic products usually include PVC, PC, PE, PP, and ABS. These materials allow us to assure the precision, structure, and long life of our moulds.
